Today, around 10 am container vessel APL OREGON, the first within the new OCEAN ALLIANCE service, berthed at the container terminal Brajdica.

 

Built in 2010, with 293 m in length and 40 m width, APL OREGON has a nominal capacity of 6350 TEU units.

 

The new alliance, made by the following members: CMA CGM ( with APL), COSCO, EVERGREEN and OOCL, will be keeping a regular weekly connection between Rijeka and the Far East. Vessels within the Phoenician express will call Rijeka every Tuesday. Ports rotation is as follows: Shanghai - Ningbo - Busan - Shekou - Singapore - Port Said - Malta - Koper - Trieste - Rijeka - Venice - Koper - Malta - Damietta - Jeddah - Port Kelang - Shekou - Shanghai

 

In honor of the new service start, Ognjen Ružić, AGCT Operations Manager, handed over a welcome plaque to the Master for the new co-operation start.
