Today, December 30th 2025, Adriatic Gate Container Terminal (AGCT) officially signed the handover acceptance certificate for new quay cranes, marking the formal commissioning and start of operation of the new equipment.

On behalf of AGCT, the document was signed by Ratko Tatalović, Engineering Manager while Wang Qicheng, Handover project manager, signed on behalf of ZPMC.

 

In addition to AGCT management, the meeting was attended by the project team responsible for the entire process—from procurement, design and engineering, through manufacturing and transportation, to unloading and final commissioning of the cranes. The project team included Tanja Lončar from Procurement, Sanjin Vicić, Robert Žeželić and Ratko Tatalović from the Engineering, and Darko Kuiš from the Infrastructure Department.

Other members of AGCT management present at the event were Ivana Forenbaher (HR), Marin Rameša (Finance), Bojan Bubnjević (IT) and Žarko Acinger (Commercial).

 

The ZPMC delegation included Kong Ling Shi from ZPMC’s European Regional Center, Miao You Chun, Project Director, Wang Wicheng, Project Manager, as well as Yao Siyuan from the Commercial Department. All ZPMC representatives travelled from the company’s headquarters in Shanghai, China, to personally oversee the final commissioning process.

With the commissioning of the new quay cranes, AGCT further strengthens its operational capacity, technological efficiency and long-term competitiveness in the region.
