Adriatic Gate Container Terminal

provides marine container terminal services related primarily to container yard activities
but also provides CFS depot and auxiliary services. All services are related to containers and cargo transported in containers such as:

  • Container loading and discharging from vessel
  • Container receipt and delivery from trucks

    Mooring buoy will enable AGCT to receive even larger vessels Rijeka, 18.06.2014. Mooring buoy which will allow even larger container vessels to call Rijeka arrived today at AGCT. This specially constructed buoy will be anchored north-east from the AGCT's quay wall end. Preliminary design was made by Rijekaprojekt d.o.o. according to the order of the Port of Rijeka Authority. The mooring position consists of a buoy equipped with a hook for mooring, anchor rope and anchor location. Buoy capacity is 300 t, and the dimensions are 7,0m x 8,80m x 4,0m. This is the second of 5 upgraded container vessels introduced by CMA CGM in the joint service with Maersk Line which is directly connecting the North Adriatic ports with the Far East.     Largest container vessel in the history of port of Rijeka berthed yesterday at AGCT Today at 3 AM the largest vessel in the history of port of Rijeka berthed at AGCT - m/v CMA CGM CENDRILLON, 334 m long and with capacity of 8 500 TEU CMA CGM Cendrillon belongs to the French shipping giant CMA CGM.
